According to Japanese nutritionist, Asako Miyashita, to stay healthy and live longer, you’d want to eat:
– Japanese sweet potatoes (or yam)
– Miso soup (full of probiotics)
– Daikon radishes (prevents colds and boosts the immune system)
– Seaweed (sounds gross but food grade seaweed is loaded with iron, calcium, etc.)
– Fish (omega-3 fats in salmon and tuna help lower blood pressure, ease inflammation, etc.)
