Older workers are the key to keeping the economy afloat, according to Yahoo Finance. While the American economy remains strained by a worker shortage, employers may need to turn to older hires — or try to retain their aging employees — to fill in the gaps. This is good news for those of us who are not quite as flush with savings or extra income. Some workers 50+ are even “unretiring” and rejoining the workforce. Might be worth considering.
